Is there still hope?

I had a FET on 7th July (5day blastocyst). Got BFN when I tested on days 8 and 10 after transfer (clinic says these were my days 13 and 15). I had period pain on and off most of last week. AF still not arrived though. I am extremely tired. I'm still taking meds. Maybe the progesterone is stopping AF from coming although it had arrived by now in my last failed cycle? So confused. Could I still be pregnant? Anyone experience a late BFP but with period pains? Thanks x

Hi hopingforbfp,

When is your OTD? It’s most likely the progesterone holding off your period but it could be a late BFP as well, I have a friend who had a bfn at 10dp and then a faint positive by 13dp and it was a successful pregnancy so it is possible.

Are you on the same amount of progesterone as you were last time?xx

Thanks for your reply. OTD was Fri but clinic instructions say to test again Mon. I'm on the same amount of progesterone but a different version this time- crinone gel last time and cyclogest pessaries this time. I guess I just need to be patient and wait and see x

Hi Diane, yes negative test again this morning. I can't get hold of my clinic, left various messages so just hoping they get back to me, continuing meds until they instruct me to come off them. x
