Egg collection 15th July

Can not believe I am writing this to say we have finally got to this stage! I have mixed emotions of nerves and excitement! I am also worried about the sedation as I'm such a big baby! 😂 However it's another step closer to our dream and fingers crossed it all goes well!

You was so right! She put the meds in and I dont even remember falling asleep!! Next thing nurse was waking me up with a cup of tea!

Apperantly when they took me to the other room to wake up I looked up and said hi joshy ( that’s my partner) as we went by him then went back to sleep 😂😂😂

Yeah, mine was today also & nowhere near as bad as expected. A bit sore when moving around but not too uncomfortable! Hoping for a good update tomorrow! Good luck to you and everyone else!! Fingers crossed we all get the results we're hoping for! ☺️ x

Thanks everyone for your good luck wishes! It wasn't no where near as bad as I was expecting! Procedure over and done with so quick. Woke up a little bit uncomfortable but that's it.

They managed to get 10 eggs, don't know if that's good or bad but they seemed happy. Currently at home resting now.
