On my day 6 post embryo transfer (3 day-5 embryos). I am totally panicked as I am feeling cramps, lower back pain and started bleeding yesterday night! I am pretty sure this is over. My progesterone level was low on transfer day at 8.8 which I think did not help with implantation. My heart is crushed. Is this really period Bleeding?
