Early ovulation.. short Follicular phase- any advice welcome?

Hi All. My FET was cancelled today as my day 12 scan showed I have ovulated and my lining was too thin. I just wondered if anyone ovulated early and found ways to naturally lengthen this. I always had positive ovulation tests day 13/14 but the last 2 months have been day 11. It’s strange as I have still have 29/30 day cycle bang on. So strange 🤷🏻‍♀️. My consultant is going to contact me later and I’m praying that there is something they can do, but any advice would be really helpful x

Hey Prayingforafamily, so sorry to hear that.. are you doing natural or medicated? I was having the same issue with ovulation last month and they cancelled my transfer too... apparently Progynova (oestradiol Tablets) should stop you from ovulating. We have now started again with the medication and the only things we have done differently this time is that I went in for a scan in my 2nd day just to check the ovaries and if it’s not likely to have any dominant follicules that might grow to ovulation. Other than that they also increased the 6mg to 8mg just to be on the safe side. However my lining was ok. I know is so heartbreaking as they don’t tell you this might happen and it does come as a shock... I’m sorry there are no Tipps i can give you.... best of luck to you and I hope this time all goes well xxx

Thanks for your reply, I am on natural FET as I don’t respond to medicated Estrogen, I am hoping there is something that can stop me ovulating on a natural cycle. Good to hear you have a plan.. 🤞for your next try x
