Hello all! I’m very worried, I’ve been really bloated and slightly crampy a couple days after my embryo transfer. Has anyone else felt like this? I’m worried it’s signs of my period But seems too early for those. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly Appreciated.

Cramps/bloating 2 days after embryo transfer
I was the same - extremely painful bloating. Trapped wind is really common after ET as is constipation from progesterone that you'll be taking. Don't worry this is normal !
If you are constipated then have probiotics, prunes which are safe...
My RE suggested a stool softener too... thoughts?
Absolutuely a no-no....take 5 prunes per day 2 with lunch n 3 with dinner....take half glass yogurt mix it with spoon make it smooth and dilute it with half glass of water mix well add salt and drink it either once or twice if possible in a day...trust me it works....i did the same n m 6weeks today....yogurt cools your body n good for constipation....stool softners are not safe for implantation....
Yes I had the same 2 days in...could be a sign of something happening or nothing...just try and relax as hard as that sounds...no heavy lifting or hoovering...nice food music and choose a hobby...mine was cross stitch and puzzles. Fingers crossed youll get your BFP...can be constipation from GA, bloating or just inflammation calming down from egg collection...I was very sore after 2nd egg collection...or best case early implantation Good luck xx
