Blood screenings before treatment

Can anyone help me? I need to contact my gp tomorrow to sort out my screenings before treatment. I have rubella and the chlamydia swab. I can’t remember the name of the over blood screening I know it goes in the gold tube and I think it begins with a c?

Anyone got any idea?

Can you ask your clinic for a list of bloods needed? Mine have a list ready that they can give / email as required? I think it's fairly standard.
