Hi ladies, I know it’s a long shot but I am on another ´natural cycle ´ 2 WW, as we tried naturally waiting for our clinic to reopen. What would you advise to do and to avoid during the 2WW?

TWW what to do and not to do
Also in the 2ww Lilly on a "natural" cycle! I am actually not doing anything specific in this 2ww like I usually do. Might just avoid heavy lifting. Usually I avoid touching soil/gardening, soft cheese, runny eggs, caffeine, everything. Just trying to be sensible with everything (wearing gloves while gardening, having 1-2 drinks with caffeine a day. Not being strict, but not being lax! I don't want to stress myself out, but it's still all I can think about! Period due latest next Thursday. x
I usually just try to be as normal as possible but avoid hot baths and long hot showers and maybe stick to just your morning coffee. Good luck!! 😀
I’m also in my 2ww of trying naturally😬, trying to keep busy doing things around the house, gardening and walking... and not to think too much. Avoiding heavy lifting xx
Me too! Also the usual stuff the other ladies commented on...last month I wrote down all my “symptoms “ to remind myself no to be a crazy symptom spotting women this month as AF could well be due...
Xx
Honestly the only 2WW that ever worked was when I chilled out a bit! Do what you normally do. I even had a cheeky glass of wine 🙈 not much will affect whether it works apart from a decent egg and sperm and a good womb lining!
Good luck with your cycle. I hope it works xx
I agree 💯 everything in moderation , by trying to be “perfect” caused me more stress than it did good. I had success when I lived “normally “ & even treated myself to a glass of wine in 2ww 🍷 ( this was after my 3rd lap to treat endo) Good luck xxx
