Ovulation

Ok so I’ve been reading up online and prefer to just use this and hear from someone else.

I’ve came off the pill and had my withdrawal bleed, I started using a app called flo to keep track of my period and things but can I be ovulating after my withdrawal bleed or is it after my first period?

I think if you have just come off the pill give your body a couple of months to get into a pattern then maybe start tracking etc. You will begin to feel/see when you ovulate and begin to recognise the signs x
