Ive stopped taking contraceptive pill since February. After that I had my periods every 2 weeks for 3 times and after that I didn’t have any period. I did a pregnancy test about 2 weeks ago and it came negative. I don’t know what to do please help me.

It’s probably just your body getting back into a regular cycle. But take another test if no sign of period.
Hi yes I agree that it could be that your body is trying to get back into a regular cycle. It took me 3 months for my first period after stopping the pill. It was still very irregular for many months. I do think reducing alcohol and exercising helped to regulate them. I would also suggest using an app to capture the information.
