getting body ready for fet any tips?

Hi everyone just got a positive opk which is fantastic! after a miscarriage shows my body is getting back to normal.

My question is what tests did you go through after a miscarriage before next frozen transfer? and also were can I get information on dq alpha test? Xx

Hi Eram, fingers crossed for you. I ate Brazil nuts and drank a glass of pomegranate juice to help with thickening my lining as had a natural frozen transfer and was struggling with thickness. It definitely helped xxx

If you aren’t already take a vitamin d supplement as there is some research that this helps reduce the risk of miscarriage. All the best x
