Preparing for a fresh cycle after mc?

Dear Ladies,

Any advice of how to best prepare for a fresh cycle please? Hoping to use this downtime to prepare as best I can for when clinics do open. 43 years old and had a mc 2 months ago from FET. Still have a dull ache in the region and wondering if that’s normal / something to be concerned about? Spoken to doctor who couldn’t shed much light. Any tips / advice to get that area in peak health would be greatly appreciated 🌺 xx

So sorry to hear of your loss. I would massively recommend taking a vitamin d supplement if you aren’t already as they have been some links into the possibility of it reducing risk of miscarriage. Wishing you much luck on your journey, Liz x

Thank you for your response, I’ll definitely try that, not getting out much either recently.

A friend recommended castor oil patches to place on the abdomen, has anyone heard of doing this (she was in reference to pcos but said it was good for the whole area)? 🌺 xx
