Starting fresh and final cycle

Hi all

I am starting fresh and most likely my last cycle next month.

Quite nervous but I think I am ready for it!

Has anyone tried Intermittent fasting during cycle and has it helped to reduce the anxiety or few pounds of weight?

My doctor is suggesting if I could shed couple of pounds that might be in my favor! Has anyone done any exercise/group classes yoga Pilates during the cycle?

Also, anyone has got any tips for make last attempt successful!

I am vegan and trying to eat healthily and no processed food but still struggling to loose.

Many thanks

Just to wish you luck with your treatment Not to sure about the fasting at this time try reflexology - mindful thinking - yoga to help manage your anxiety

Hi I did Intermittent Fasting before my treatment. But since your treatment is already starting in a month, I guess this is not a good idea. Results don't happen that fast anyway. Good luck on your treatment. I hope it's successful!

I have been doing that for couple of months now; the stimulation would start mid July. So I am thinking to continue to do that!

was it helpful for you? when did you actually stop the fasting?

Yes it was! I stopped the fasting when I had started treatment.

I am going to only do 14 hours as starting the stimulation today! Thanks.

Firstly good luck in your next cycle. I am a fellow July cycler, although I don't start stims till I think the 31st July.

For the past 4 months I have been doing the fertility diet and the couch to 5k, running 5 days per week. I have lost about 30lbs so far. Won't lie the diet is very extreme, although also very clean and healthy, and I lost about 2-3lbs per week.

Yoga and meditation has definately helped me a lot to manage my wellbeing. I am sure that there are others here that are more knowledgeable on the exercise than me, but I am sure I read somewhere that it is better to stick to low impact exercise during stims, I will be sticking to walking; meditation and some yoga during that time.

Fingers crossed for both of us. Sending you lots of baby dust

Thank you. I hope you won't mind if I send PM to you. All the very best to you.

It's quite good that you have lost every week.
