I am starting fresh and most likely my last cycle next month.
Quite nervous but I think I am ready for it!
Has anyone tried Intermittent fasting during cycle and has it helped to reduce the anxiety or few pounds of weight?
My doctor is suggesting if I could shed couple of pounds that might be in my favor! Has anyone done any exercise/group classes yoga Pilates during the cycle?
Also, anyone has got any tips for make last attempt successful!
I am vegan and trying to eat healthily and no processed food but still struggling to loose.
Many thanks

Hi I did Intermittent Fasting before my treatment. But since your treatment is already starting in a month, I guess this is not a good idea. Results don't happen that fast anyway. Good luck on your treatment. I hope it's successful!
Firstly good luck in your next cycle. I am a fellow July cycler, although I don't start stims till I think the 31st July.
For the past 4 months I have been doing the fertility diet and the couch to 5k, running 5 days per week. I have lost about 30lbs so far. Won't lie the diet is very extreme, although also very clean and healthy, and I lost about 2-3lbs per week.
Yoga and meditation has definately helped me a lot to manage my wellbeing. I am sure that there are others here that are more knowledgeable on the exercise than me, but I am sure I read somewhere that it is better to stick to low impact exercise during stims, I will be sticking to walking; meditation and some yoga during that time.
Fingers crossed for both of us. Sending you lots of baby dust
