I think counselling would be a good idea and seeking advice from a fertility clinic regardless of your legal situation would be a good starting point so they can look to provide you with support and answers.

I can understand the way your feeling. To be honest I take it hour by hour especially when I feel like this. I try to distract myself, have you tried breathing techniques or counseling for the anxiety?

Have you actually had a consultation with your gp or fertility clinic? From your posts you seem to have a lot going on so I think you would benefit.

Because of the covid-19 my litigation is being delayed.

This also means any fertility treatments delayed.

I am beginning to get fed up
