Hi Ladies

Just wondering when did you start feeling the baby kicking for those who got bfp? I'm 19 wks and not feeling anything... Yet! 🤔

Hi BabyLucas,

I think I was around 21 weeks when i started to feel little flutters.  I am 31 weeks now and the kicks a lot stronger  :-)

I think I was quite late really feeling them. It was after my 22 week scan. I'm 26 weeks now and feeling them much more regularly. They say it is normal to feel them around 22 - 24 weeks. Up to then, you might feel flutters but if you're a first time mum, I would say you'll feel them much later. Ignore the Internet and anyone who says you should feel them earlier than this! It is lovely and reassuring when you do start feeling them.

I was nearly 23 weeks when I felt them so don't worry. I'm now 25 weeks and they're getting stronger and stronger 😁 Xxx

About 21 weeks and I was carrying twins so was worried too. But someone recommended relaxing and that night felt the first one. I found Nivarna got them going and they love music now!

My advice for the rest of the pregnancy is to really try and not look at dates/weeks etc and just enjoy it as it comes. I worried all through my pregnancy and now wish I had enjoyed it more! I have 5 month old twins after years of treatment - Soooooo worth all the heart break. Enjoy and relax - best of luck xxx

I'm carrying twins too and everything I read said that women felt something earlier when there are two in there. I started to get anxious as well but my GP and consultant both reassured me that at that stage, the babies have a lot of room to float around in still and first time mums take longer to feel movement. This is why I don't trust Dr. Google!

It is one of the best bits of being pregnant - so exciting, relax and don't worry too much when it comes and goes! Very cold drinks often helps make them react xx enjoy

Is yiur placenta at the back or front? If it's at the front it can take a while to feel.

Me personally I felt the odd taps about 18 weeks then got through bubble popping feeling about 19 weeks x

Yiur prob feeling movements now but not realising what it is.  Have a cold fizzy drink and lie on yiur left and see if that gets baby moving x

I don't know if my placenta is antroverted I will ask on my 20 wk scan. To be honest I can feel something and suspected that was it! But because I really don't know what the feeling and how you should feel then I think I will have to wait now until it gets stronger for me to say that that was really it xxx

Hi

I am pregnant with our first and I was worried like you that I hadn't felt movement. I think I really started feeling movement around 23weeks but properly and defined at about 26 weeks.Am not 32 weeks and there is is no mistaking them!! best feeling in the world. Don't worry everyone feels movement in there own time.
