Feeling desperate again. I am trying to take legal action against my poor pcos care

Baby woe
Have you tried counselling? You seem to post quiet a lot that you’re in a state of woe or distress stemming from your PCOS and infertility, maybe talking your GP or BICA (I’ll attach the link) would benefit you? Have you started any treatments because your clinic might be able to directly give you options for help or counselling? Good luck with your legal action and I hope it gives you some closure and comfort and you get some answers and accountability for your poor care.
bica.net - British Infertility counselling association.
Do you have to pay?
I’m not sure about BICA, but if you spoke to your doctor they’d be able to refer you for NHS counselling services, in my area these are means tested so low income households pay nothing, but in my area sessions are between £20/30 but with what you get out of counselling, in my opinion, it’s worth it, but 100% talk to your GP about being referred for counselling xx
I don, t really go for that for sort thing counselling will not help.
It wont stop from feeling this way.
It would be worth a try at least surely?! You do seem to be reaching out a lot to this community for counselling of sorts and we are not really qualified to deal with the way you are feeling so it might be better to speak to a professional? A lot of your posts do sound like a worrying general cry for help and you seem to have a lot of other things going on that aren’t fertility related too and I think from what I can pick up from your short posts that you are not actually Pursuing or going through any fertility treatment or actively trying naturally so I am not sure what else this forum can do for you other than recognise how difficult it must be for you and point you in the direction of who might be able to help. I think cmbxm’s advice is excellent here. Definitely start with a discussion with your GP on both how you are feeling and your diet related questions xx
Honestly, speaking from experience it will, they’ll teach you coping mechanisms, healthy outlets for your pain, anxiety and depression, how to talk about what’s bothering you and to get to the root causes, you can’t knock it until you try it, even just speaking to someone and getting everything off your plate without judgement can even feel amazing, and counsellors are there for non-judgemental conversations with the aim to get you back to a good place xx
