Hi everyone. I am on my 4th ivf cycle. My doctor decided to do a long cycle this time. We transferred 2 good quality embriyos and now I am 6 days past 3 day transfer. My last period came on 30th March 2020 and the transfer was on 19th April 2020. I have been having very bad period cramps for 2 days now I wondered can my period come one week before my pregnancy test is due? I don’t have any experience with the long cycle and By counting my period is due tomorrow! ( 27th April but my test is on 01 May)For the land cycle I had to take one injection of Lupron on 22nd of March. I am taking progesterone pessaries and injection
Thank you x

one more question- when is your period due? My stimulations were very long ( something like 14days) and because in a normal cycle my period would be due tomorrow which is only 7days past 3 day transfer I am freaking out with all this period pain!
Thank you for your encouraging words- I hope you are coping well with the wait. I actually called the nurse in the clinique- she said that it could be implantation cramping or period coming it’s way and there is no way to tell. But she did mention that there are women who feel their period is coming throughout the whole wait and as soon as you don’t start bleeding ( like full flow) there is nothing to worry about at this stage... every case is different really and since this is my four cycle, I feel every cycle is different too
Hey I was just wondering how did it go? I guess you must have had your results by now? After 4 excruciating days of af pain now it’s gone- I am totally freaking out
I am so sorry to hear that xxx My thoughts are with you xxx
Hi, just curious how your clinic was able to do the transfer on April 19th if all clinics were mandated to be closed by April 15th due to coronavirus? What did your clinic say? Good luck with the test date. X
