From April - September you can get vit D from the sun by walking for 20min with bare arms or legs in the daytime. In the winter months, use the DLuz vit D spray, minty spray you spray on the inside of your cheek ...nicer than taking tablets and bypasses your digestive system so it all gets absorbed. Vit D is also vital for women for fertility so you can do this too
Have a look at something like Proxseed and add in some Omega 3. Worth making sure on the run up to IVF or IUI that he has ejaculated regularly (but not loads!) and abstain the couple of days before, as it really helps replenish the count (this is what we found and parameters were classed as normal on the day). Eat well, no smoking and drinking within the government guidelines of no more than 14 units a week. Good luck xx
