I have been tracking ovulation with an app and using ClearBlue sticks for about 6 months this time around. The sticks aren't picking up anything though. I think I've only had two smiley days in all that time.
I test for about 7 days at a time in correlation with what the app is saying. 3 years ago this was fine and we conceived within 2 months. I was 37 at the time, now 40.
I did have two blood tests with the docs a couple of months ago and it said I had low proestrogen levels but I wasn't offered any other help.
Is there anything I can do? Any better trackers? Supplements?
Very sad to think I have dried up at 40 when was so successful just 3 years ago.

I have been testing every day with the cheaper version and no ovulation sign either. It can be related to active cysts I read. I have had a cyst and they had to cancel IVF because ovulation does not work when you have an active cyst. That my case might not be applicable to you
I definitely ovulate with no problem every month - blood tests when we first went to the GP about infertility and subsequently scans around IVF have confirmed that countless times. If I chart my temperature, I can clearly see that I ovulate regularly on day 16 of my cycle. However, I've NEVER had a positive result on any brand (tried them all) of urine ovulation tests, at any time of day. They simply don't work for me. I've heard other women have the same issue.
Here's an overview - lots of apps and products to do it but all you really need is a very accurate thermometer designed for monitoring basal body temperature verywellfamily.com/ovulatio...
I’ve used opk and found my LH surge is super quick only lasts one wee in the day. But I’ve had progesterone tests which was fine I’ve conceived lots of times and I get ovulation pains which help pinpoint the day. I do bbt now which does show ovulation so I just do that now takes some time to get used to but it doesn’t cost anything and just record on an app. Also usually gives u a heads up if your period is coming so no point in testing etc
Definitely recommend basal body temperature charting. I signed up to 'Ingefleur Fertility Homeopath' free temperature tracking course - she just sends you a few daily emails on how it works. The information in them is very helpful. I take my temp when I wake up and you get a little printout chart with some of the thermometers - I just photocopied that and start a new one each month but you can probably get one off Google if the thermometer doesn't come with one - it's just so you can mark each day. Like others have mentioned, it's a cheap way of trying to track and can be very helpful to know if you have ovulated when you see a temperature peak. I have tried the cheap opk tests but as I have PCOS these seem to just always show a faint line for me so I find it hard to rely on them. Unless your testing a few times a day it can be hard to try and catch the surge too if it happens quick! Wishing you lots of luck x
