Ivf FET conceiving naturally

Hi all so can anyone say whether can we have unprotected sex after failed ivf? So my clinic said that I need to wait for one natural period to do FET.... But can I try naturally until then? What happens to body after failed ivf? Does it safe?

Hi Same. You can try naturally if you want to, providing you have passed egg collection. You can always do a pregnancy test before embarking on any future cycle such as FET. Good luck! Diane

Hi love. I'm not an expert on this..... but I think usually you need a period for the clinics so that they know your body has reset and is on the next cycle no issue, but for trying naturally I can't imagine there's any "safety" reason as to why you can't just continue immediately. You just won't have any clear indication that your cycle is continuing normally. If you're trying for a baby, I would have unprotected sex! xxxx
