Hi all so I got hypothyroid and I'm 5.7" tall and I weigh 69 kgs is my weight ok do I need to reduce it? Any tips to reduce my weight? I don't have any body fat but a little of belly fat that too I think bloated everytime help... Pls....

Hi. My understanding is that it’s not your weight as such it’s your BMI, you should go onto the NHS BMI checker. Mines was at the top of the normal category. X
