Can’t eat anything

Guys I hate to eat everything and I am starving and miserable, all I want to eat is potato and icecream 😢, I hate the food smells and all the food, nausea is killing me

I know exactly how you feel I was the same!! I’m now over 16 weeks and have only been sick once in 2 weeks I’m back to eating normally. Please don’t suffer, contact your doctors they will prescribe you some anti sickness tablets. They really made a difference for me. I’m still on them now but hoping to stop taking them at 18 weeks. Xx

Oh darling it’s totally normal! Don’t worry about trying to healthy or anything, just eat what you can, when you can. I ate bread for about 5 weeks 😂 it will pass eventually xx

I lost weight at the start because I had zero appetite, so I I felt really guilty but the midwife said baby would be getting all it needed from my body anyway. It will pass and you'll be able to eat again! I think I lived off rich tea biscuits and mints! xxx

I lived on cheese sandwiches and crackers for the first 14 weeks! I lost weight and people kept commenting how much weight is lost, which worried me as I hadn’t told anyone at the time. All smells made me want to heave, especially perfumes and egg. That changed very quickly after 20 weeks and ended up putting on quite a bit of weight 🤭
