Feeling ovaries after fertility yoga

Hi ladies,

I started to do a daily session of fertility yoga for egg quality 10 days ago and I can now feel my ovaries. I would not call it pain but more like they are in the way. As if they were inflated. I am wondering what is happening and whether I should stop the yoga?
