Faint line disappeared in pregnancy test

Hi all, this was my 3rd cycle iui had it on march 14th and i was prescribed progynova and duphaston tablets. My periods due date was 28th march. I didnot got my periods yet and today is 21 dpo, i had a home pregnancy test it came like one dark line appeared and another light line appeared and within few minutes disappeared. How can i take this test its positive or negative. Pls suggest.
