28 day cycle!!!!

My periods have always been bang on 28 days, even after my first failed IVF in February, period came right after. This month I decided to try pregnacare and now my period which was due on Thursday past is still not here today (day 32), will be so mad if pregnacare has messed up my usual cycle. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes I found Vit D specifically messed up my cycles. I tried taking it in Pregnacare and also as an individual supplement alongside folic acid and nope, cycle went haywire again so I'm back just on folic acid (I understand about the benefits of Vit D plus absorption of folic acid and how Vit D helps maximise this so I've had to really focus a lot on my diet to ensure I'm taking enough Vitamin D in).

I posted something about this quite a while ago and another lady said she experienced similar with haywire cycles with pregnancy vitamins xx

Hi there, can't give you advice other than this is what it done to me!! I stopped taking it, and started taking high dose (5mg) Folic acid and the Vit D spray. Was told that was pretty much all I needed to supplement xx

Hi Cheeky. Can't say for sure if it's anything to do with the Pregnacare, as it could be a one-off blip. You could try just taking Folic Acid and Vitamin D on their own, as those are what are recommended. Good luck! Diane
