Panicking... Progesterone through the roof!

Had my progesterone tested yesterday as I'm on a lot and feel nothing and I was worried it was too low. No sore boobs or anything. Had ET this afternoon (2 embryos). Three hours later had my progesterone bloods back and they're 788!

Wtaf. Last cycle it was just 88. I'm now worrying as I've read higher progesterone can cause implantation failure as it throws all your hormones off balance.

Anyone else had this?

Mine was over 400 but they still went ahead with ET. I had a BFN on test day, but now I’m getting faint positives with lots of bleeding.

Have you clinic said anything about your high levels?

Xx

Just to drop my pessaries by one a day.

I'm on three utrogestan, one cyclogest and one lubion a day. I'm really worried.

Have you got a bfp despite the bleeding if you're getting feint positives? X

It’s so hard but you’ve just got to trust your clinic. Although I was exactly the same as you, I constantly googled implantation with high progesterone. Are you on a fresh or frozen?

I’ve had very faint BFP’s the past three days. But the amount of blood I’ve lost & the fact the line isn’t getting any darker means it’s most likely a chemical.

When is your test day?

Xxx

Sorry to hear of your cp but still hoping you get that bfp yet xx

Whoa Jessy that does seem quite high but the clinic dont sound too worried. I see they have said to reduce a pessary.....I presume you are cutting out the cyclogest....not sure if it is a 400mg or 200mg but I think utrogestan only comes in 200mg? Would your clinic check your levels for you again in a few days?xx

No they've said to drop just one utrogestan which is just 200mg. I'm leaning towards cutting out the cyclogest given that it's 400mg and I wasn't on cyclogest last cycle. Have emailed my consultant to confirm x
