FET cancelled half way through

As per a lot of other ladies, went into the clinic on Monday and was told despite the fact that my lining had already reached 9mm, they were cancelling my FET as per guidelines from the authorities....whilst I am totalling understanding of why, emotionally and hormonally...not feeling great. The only positive thing I can take away from this fiasco is that my babies are safely away from this pandemic and will be around to potentially start life after the pandemic has cleared off!!

Hi Yammie, I'm so sorry to hear - it sounds like everyone is having to delay and deal with that emotional side as a result. I'm glad you have your embabies frozen and ready to go when this is all over.

So sorry to hear this must be devastating to have got so far, as you say you want them safe so probably best option but doesn’t stop you feeling frustrated and sad that’s only natural I found out today I can’t start my frozen cycle which I was hoping to do next week so am in the same boat I am today stuffing my face with cake in an attempt to feel better!! Perhaps do something nice or order your favourite food. Thinking of you and wishing you well take care hun xx
