Migraine after egg transfer

Morning all, I’m in desperate need of some advice. Once I got home yesterday from egg transfer I started to get a headache and my back was playing up. Iv had a migraine all night along with cramps too.

My question is what is allowed, at this time in the process for pain relief? I can’t take this much longer

I normally use deep heat for my back.

Paracetamol 100% allowed, but not anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen. Not sure on the stronger stuff though....

Yes paracetamol is absolutely fine. I took some after I got headaches after transfer. Take care x
