Egg baby transfer
Hello lovely,
Transfer is lovely and quick no pain at all, I took it off only because they say to go home and rest and jeep stress free now your baby is inside you but all depends on what job you do.
I had the whole week of as my EC was on a tues and transfer was a Friday, and to be fair I was still in a tad bit of pain from the EC still But there is no reason as to why you can't go bk to work as it's not painful, and it's done in 5 mins.
Just what ever you prefer.
Good luck xxx
Thanks so much for your reply I might take the afternoon off I have read that embryos like movement and being dry and not hot baths lol xx
I would say take the time off and relax as much as possible
Good luck x
I would def say take a few days off. Hospital advised me just to carry on as normal but the general advise is to take it easy as much as possible no stress.x
Yeah I've gone back to work in the afternoon. Depends what you do really. I wouldn't do anything stressful but anything that keeps your mind off the whole two week wait is a good thing. As long as no stress or heavy lifting. Clear your diary and only deal with the nice ones.
I took the day of egg collection off and the next day. However, if I had to do it again, I would go back to work the next day. I wouldn't recommend going back to work on the day of egg collection, you need sometime to relax. Best advice keep hydrated so that you can wash off the trigger injection. Keep it up until you test...
Good luck 🍀
