Hey guys hope your all keeping strong x starting scans for natural FET tomorrow

Hey guys hope ur all doing well! X well I had my first icsi round in January and I got two good blastocysts they transferee the best one 5Bb but sadly didn’t take 😔 they froze my other blastocyst which was 3cc so I presume must of been good enough for them to of froze it. They said I can start for natural cycle frozen transfer in March so I start being monitored tomorrow to get ready to try my little frostie x been all calm for last month trying to prepare body and keep it calm but I think anxiety starting to play up now I suppose that’s natural though ? Has anyone had more luck with natural frozen after failed fresh cycle ? Thanks xx

Sorry to hear about your last cycle 😔mine also failed and I have my follow up this afternoon. I’m hoping to go ahead this month also, I have booked in a scan for tomorrow in case 🤞

Have you used the Mindful IVF app? The ladies here recommended it to me and it helped me in the tww so will be using it earlier this time.

Wishing you lots of luck and keep me posted as we could be doing it at the same time 😘xxx

Afternoon hope your doing well xx I had my Scan this morning. Womb lining thickening up nicely and follicle found at 11mm so got to go back Thursday to make sure it’s growing and when it measures 16mm they said they will stay bloods to check for ovulation so hopefully all goes good and won’t be long till little frostie gets out back in xx how’s your day been x

Hey, ah that’s great news! Not long at all now 🥰 hopefully it’s 16 on Thursday!

I had mine today also and my lining was doing well - such a relief as it’s a pain usually! I have a follicle at 18mm so started my OPKs tonight & need to let them know if I get a surge and then they’ll book in transfer.

They did say I may have missed the surge seeing as a follicle is close as surge is only there for 24 hours & I didn’t test this morning. My OPK is showing no detection yet so will see what it says tomorrow. It is early for me though so hopefully all goes to plan!

All systems go for you then xx Tuesday not far away 🙌 xx keep calm it’s all going to go smoothly and u will get your BFP soon xx I’ve got another scan tomorrow to look at follicle make sure it’s growing and then there going to do blood tests to watch for ovulation? They never told me to do and opk so just will have to go with what there doing I suppose. Could always buy myself some and track myself aswell? Will know more tomorrow but I’m thinking it be sometime next week for my transfer well hopefully xx good luck hunny xx il keep u in my thoughts xx and let me know how you get on xx

Hey cld xx hope your ok hun xx. Been hospital today for scan follicle measuring 14mm. But womb lining looking good as it should be. Nurse said I might not ovulate this month but have given me hcg injection to bring home to help me ovulate. I have to go back on Saturday to have scan n blood again then hopefully be told when to take the trigger shot. Had blood took anyway today to check to see if I’m going to ovulate they said if I don’t hear from them today then to come in on Saturday as already explained or if they ring me today they will tell me if and what is going to happen next so see what happens but nurse said not to worry if we do the trigger shot it can still work as it’s just making my body release. So hopefully il have my transfer date sorted out on Saturday so hopefully be next week to get frostie xx

Hey lovely, yes I’m ok thank you. Started meds today.

Follicles should grow 1-2mm a day so may have grown by Saturday but otherwise at least you have the option of trigger - they offered that to me too so I could plan transfer better if I wanted to but worked out ok.

How are you feeling about it? Not long now 🤗xxx

Yeah ur right the can grow between now and then and yeah I’m feeling ok to be honest. A lot more calmer then I was going threw the fresh cycle. So hopefully il keep like this but I doubt it bet I start getting the worry on my once they set transfer day 🙈 but we are getting there arnt we xx exciting times xx

Hey hope your doing ok and excited for Tuesday. Well my first scan last Tuesday showed follicle at 11mm. Bit small but said it ok. Then went Thursday and had scan and it grew to 14mm still on small side according to clinic had blood to check for lh levels to see for ovulation and also estrogen level which showed low lh and estrogen 253 so said it’s still low so was given script to pick up trigger shot to keep it on hand and was told u come back Saturday so I went back today womb lining good and as it should be. Follicle grown to 17mm. So that’s good. Took blood again and was told to ring up at 2. Ok rang at 2 and they said estrogen level is still low. It’s gone up to 519. But they would like it to be over 700. So I have to go back Monday. They said if follicle still there and they do blood and levels are up then all is good. If follicle still there but levels aren’t going up then they said they could do hrt or something else?? But if follicle has already released then I will have to hold out and wait for next months cycle 😔 so I’ve got to go back Monday to have scans and blood and see where we go from there. Safe to say I’m feeling sad. Angry. Upset with myself xx

Hi Hun. Sorry. I didn’t see your message till now. How frustrating! They should have just given you estrogen meds today.

But, it has increased since Thursday so there is still time for it to get to 700 so don’t lose hope! What day in your cycle are you? And how long are your cycles?

Don’t be upset with yourself! Nothing you’ve done at all. I completely understand you being upset but you’ve still got time for the levels to increase & I have everything crossed that your follicle doesn’t release. Pm me if you want to chat 😘xxx

Not to sure how to pm 🙈 lol 😂 and they never said about giving me anything today. They just said to come back Monday for scans and blood. Then they will arrange what ever is needed once blood has been looked at which I will have the results again from that Monday afternoon I’m on cycle day 14 at present. And my normal cycles are 28 to 29 days x hopefully I could just be slow ovulating maybe? I’ve read some women seem to ovulate some months around day 17 so maybe that’s me this time round? Hopefully XX thank u for getting back to me hun x means a lot. Hard to speak to family as they don’t know what I’m talking about and I know they mean it in the very best of ways but I’m so tired and fed up of hearing them say oh I’m sorry don’t worry it be ok. If u know where I’m coming from ? Xx

Sorry to hear about your last cycle.fi gets crossed for u for this one! Hope it all goes well, good luck. I'm waiting for my get. But I've gotta wait until I come on my period naturally after egg collection. Didn't have fresh cycle. If a transfer fails and they do another fet from frozen ones they have for u- is that counted in the same IVF cycle? So for example if u get 3 tries on the NHS, would that still be under first one?xx

Yes they told me cause they got frozen off me it still counts as 1st try. I only get 2 cycles in my area so if my frozen doesn’t work then I start it over again and then that’s my second cycle x

Just wanted to wish you all the best of luck for the coming days. I know lots of women here have had success with a frozen after failed fresh. Keeping fingers crossed for you. It sounds like you have done very thing you needed to prepare yourself x
