I started having cramps on and of from day2 post transfer and from day3 also had headache and fatigue. I spotted on day 7(bright red) once which I believe was implantation bleeding. However today I started having brown discharge though quite small and the cramps and headaches have subsided. Please can someone explain what is happening as I am very anxious.

12dp6d blastocyst transfer. Having brown discharge. Is there still hope of BFP? OTD is in 2days time.

Hi Idoren,
Sorry you’re having such an anxious time! You’ve done really well to get this far without testing, I’ve never managed it 🙈 Brown blood normally means it’s old blood so I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Are you using vaginal pessaries?
Sending you lots of luck for OTD! Try not to worry too much xx
I had pretty much the same, and it was all positive for us. Healthy pregnancy and baby. In my case the progesterone pessaries were irritating my cervix and making it bleed.
Could be old blood you’re discharging at around the time your usual period is due? I cramped a little and bled very lightly around the usual time of my period but only briefly. I figured it was my body taking a while to change gears. Good luck...x
