I am getting really worried about my cramps. I had my 6 day blastocysts x2 transfer on Monday and from the second day of transfer up to today I have strong cramps like my AF is coming. Last night I also felt my cervix pulsing on its own. I dont know whats happening.
My other ymptoms are - breasts not swollen, some nausea today , 3rd day light spotting, lower back pain and headaches.
Please help me - did anyone have cramps and still managed to get a BFP? I think I failed again.

Hi 👋🏼 sorry you are worried, the half way mark in the 2WW is the worst! Cramping can be a positive or negative sign (As can the spotting) so there really is no way of telling I’m afraid But cramping a few days after transfer can defo be a positive sign of implantation for some ladies. Wishing you lots of luck for test day Xx
To be honest, you never know.. I did have cramping for the first month after transfer, especially the first two weeks. I had light bleeding twice. My embryo stuck and I'm currently 17 weeks with my first. I hope everything goes well. Fingers crossed!
Hi, I had cramp on day of transfer then nothing day 2 then day 3 until now 20 days later I'm still cramping and I got my BFP on day 8 from a 5day blastocyst. Good luck hun.
I had 'period' paim cramps on and off my 2ww and got my BFP and now 13 weeks with my first. Can defo be a good sign, but have also heard people have the same and its been a BFN. Only time will tell. But have everything crossed for you x
I'm future nanny. I can' only say that my daughter is currently 5, weeks pregnant. She has got cramping on and off but we are not worried. I just say that if you get a positive then enjoy every minute of the journey good and bad days. You girls are all individuals and you will all get different body reactions. Good luck and fingers crossed 🤞
