So Iโm on my cycle before I start the new meds and Iโve been put on melatonin which sent me to sleep at 7:30pm last night ๐คฃ I donโt actually have problems with sleeping but the consultant said it improves egg quality.
This is going to be a different round for me. It will still be short protocol but Iโll be on steroids and also interloped.
Iโve had a 6month break and really got into yoga and swimming since jan. Iโve cut alcohol completely. Caffeine down to one cup of morning coffee and refined sugar right down (Iโd say this has been my hardest) I had a few chocolates on valentines and had the odd thing over the weeks but itโs a big improvement on what I was eating treat wise. Iโve also cut unrefined carbs out and only have brown rice or bread and eating a lot more fruit than I ever had.
Anyway thought Iโd share my update with where I am. Anyone else starting in the next few weeks?
