Sorry to hear that lovely. For me it was 3rd time lucky (same clinic, slightly different meds prior to transfer ended up doing the trick or maybe just down to chance?) I'm 29 weeks now.

I hope you find a clinic that you feel happy with & wish you all the luck xx

Thanks so much darling.... and congratulations to you 👏 By same clinic, do you mean Create? I am due to see the lead consultant this week to discuss the way forward following the bfn we just got. However, we are open to options. Thx and pls take care.

Thank you 😘 Yes with Create Birmingham. I found reviews really helpful, BFN's are so horrible to deal with and I always felt better when I had a bit of a plan and next steps etc so I hope it helps and that you get your BFP very soon! Xxx

Were they not good?

Hi

I can't say not good but they told me there was no hope and only did tests after 3 failed rounds and 2 part rounds that were cancelled.

They said i needed donor eggs and they would be in contact in 6 months after husbands DNA fragmentation had chance to improve, only to then ring 2 weeks later with the offer of a donor knowing i couldn't take up the offer which I personally felt was insensitive.

Having changed clinics after 3 months for donor eggs they couldn't understand why I was told to go down donor egg route without further tests and a different protocol.

1st round with 2nd clinic and I'm now 33 weeks pregnant.

It could just be chance but to be told no chance to then someone having faith and giving you options makes a big difference. Xx

Hi Lizzv, so sorry to hear that. I just found your post as I was looking into option for mild ivf in London and was wondering if you would like to share your experience. Please message me if you do. Hope you have been successful since or you will be soon! x
