Has anyone tried inofolic???

Just back from the assisted conception unit and I need to loose another stone to have a BMi of under 30 !!! She recommended inofolic to try as it apparently helps ppl loose weight whilst regulating ur cycle and stuff but at £81 for 3 months I thought I would get some advice from anyone who's tried and tested it ?? X

Hi, I'm on Inofolic and my blood results have improved and now don't show any signs of PCO. I've lost 2 stone in 5 months and have another stone to go to get me down to 28bmi.

Definitely recommend Inofolic. It worked for me!

Xx

Thanks I've managed to get my BMI down from 36 to 32 and was 15.4 and now 13.9 but have to get to 12.7 and she's recommended inofolic so I think I'll have to give it a try let's be honest we will try anything !!! X

My BMI was also 36 and today it 30.9! Almost there! Saw my fertility nurse today and she wants me to get it down to 28 to make sure I don't get refused for IVF. I'm doing slimming world which is great and taking the Inofolic. Really hope it works for you too xx

Also I got my first months supply for free. Might be worth asking?

They said I have to buy it so they can't actively promote it but she recommends it , so I'll give it a try and see hopefully it's £81 well spent fingers crossed .

Well done on ur weight loss aswel that's great fingers crossed for u then ! I've given myself 3 months to make sure I'm definitely down to the right weight so I'm not disappointed next time again x

I was on it and it's made no difference to me. We got ours from the clinic (to regulate my hormones and for pcos) but found that they were charging us more than it cost to buy it directly from the Inofolic website. It's basically Myoinositol and Folic Acid. That's it in a nutshell. I still take it, kinda, but I take just the same dosage of Myoinositol (from Amazon) and the same dosage of Folic Acid instead. Works out so much cheaper! Especially seeing as though I haven't noticed any difference since taking it from September last year x

I was actually looking online for it seperate as I seen it was just the 2 things , might even try holland and Baratt or somewhere like that !! Thanks it's always good to see how it worked for others or didn't x
