Create clinic

Has anyone used the Create clinic in Birmingham or Manchester? The thought of paying 6 grand for something that might not work is terrifying and Create seem to be a good bit cheaper? I've low egg reserve which they seem to work well with.

Hey, I have my consultation with them on Tuesday next week, and will be buying the 3 cycle package for £7k and doing treatment in Manchester from end of october. I know what you mean about the expense but the 2 max dose normal ivfs that I was lucky enough to get on the nhs didn't work and that route is even more expensive. I also have low egg reserve, amh of around 2.5. How low is yours? Love to have a cycle buddy if you are going for it!xx

Hello orla9298 I have an amh of 2.1 not far off you. We're going to go to one of the advice evenings hopefully in a couple of weeks. My problem withit might be distance though as we live an hour away unless they do early morning scans. I've suffered 2 miscarriages and worry that that might happen again. I didn't know create did packages. That's interesting! Follow me if you like x

We did the open evening and decided it is definitely our next step, and yes it's a 3 cycle package. The £7k is for the cycles themselves, drugs and a few other things are extra as you go through each cycle as I understand it. I know someone with amh of 1.5 who is 40 weeks pregnant from 3 cycles there, they have her clexane support too. They do seem good. I'll let you know anything new after my consultation on Tuesday, as the open evening you get a decent snapshot of the treatment but not a proper consultation xx

That'd be great to hear how you get on. Yes I could do with clexane or something like that to hold the pregnancy.

Yep, I'm going to an open day for the Bristol one next week. I am optimistic about it, and hoping they might give us some proper advice, for a change! Not sure if we'll go for one cycle or three, but it is certainly much cheaper. Now we're going private my NHS clinic still said it would be 4 months wait but apparently Create can start on the next cycle after having a consultation xx
