Has anyone had any experience with create fertility in St Pauls?

Its always difficult to know but so far I can’t fault them they have been fantastic x

I used their clinic in Manchester I got my baby boy first time. I still have embryos in the freezer. xxx they are good

I am with Create and on the whole they have been good and I have had a successful outcome with them x

I had my first cycle with create St Pauls. I used them for one cycle and then left. I didn’t feel that it was personal enough, I never saw the same doctor/consultant more than once, and their follow up care and follow up consultation after it failed was pretty poor. (In my personal experience). 9 months on and I’m still waiting for them to call me back to discuss my failed round and next steps…

I went there on recommendation from several people so guess I was just pretty unlucky.

Changed clinics (and went abroad) and the results were all positive.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I did read that on one review about seeing loads of different consultants. I feel like that now just with my hospital and GP, it’s so upsetting no one knows anything. Glad you had a positive outcome in the end 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I have done 7 cycles with Create St Paul's and Wimbledon...mainly because I bought a 6 cycle package and was stuck with them, if I hadn't paid so much upfront I would have changed clinics. My experience echoes what was said above - I never saw the same doctor (despite being promised this), they were very dismissive of any questions I asked and would never try anything different. Therefore had a very similar outcome every time which so far has not been positive. They were also quite persistent for me to try PGS testing but then were dismissive of any other red HEFA add ons saying they weren't necessary. I don't have anything to compare them to but I wouldn't say they are amazing - they probably aren't the worst but I am yet to have any success with them and if I could have done things differently I would have tried somewhere else.
