so we tried to conceive for 4 years before we decided to go for an Ivf cycle. The first ivf cycle i was on heavy meds produced 5 eggs and was told 3 are good which 2 of them looked perfect. I had my hopes up and was expected to get pregnant on the first try but unfortunately got a Bfn. I decided to change clinic on my second try as I wasnt too happy with my doctor so in the other clinic I was recommended to use the (embryoscope) which we did (thank god) i discovered that the way my embryos are dividing was not proper and therefor they didnt result in a pregnancy ( bad quality but that didnt show until we used the embryoscope) anyhow on my second cycle we got eggs but none if them were good embryos and therefor we didnt have anything to transfer. My doctor wanted to try a different approach and we used Femara( letrozole ) on my third attempt with gonal F the last few days of my cycle and we got 3 embryos which one of them was perfect and divided perfectly and resulted in a pregnancy. I am now trying for baby nr 2 have done 2 tries with no luck and hoping will get a good embryo on my third try. I just want to say that ivf is an emotional roller coaster dont give up and dont loose hope as there are different ways that mite work for your body.. baby dust on all of you
