Just started my IVF journey :-)

Hi All

Thought I would share with you all that yesterday I started my first injection . It wasn't that bad after all - in fact easy peasy Any way I was told to ring up the clinic to tell them when my period starts which was on Saturday so they can prepare my meds for day 21 which I did and spoke to the receptionist who said a nurse would be in touch. I had a call from one of the nurses about an hour later and said I need to start on day 3 instead of day 21{ which was bit of a shock } So we picked up my meds and started my first injection last night and was told to have my second one this morning Cant believe its actually happening. At the moment I'm rather excited and very chilled, long may it continue

Hey Hun I started my treatment today aswell I was really worried about the injection but I think after a few more goes I think I will be fine. I am very excited today and still a bit in shock that I have finally started really looking forward to everything just hope the wait don't feel like I am waiting forever. If u know what I mean. Hope u all the best keep in touch. X

Thanks I know I cant believe its actually happening .. Have to be positive though, although its prob going to be hard at times. For the two week wait im planning to have something to do most days to keep my mind of things.. yes defo keep in touch x

Yeah that's what I have been thinking as well to plan I have taken up knitting that's is very relaxing to do and it get some Christmas presents out of the way. Xx
