Hi guys! I have been diagnosed with pcos (its been few months now) and i am trying to conceive second baby as i already have 6year old boy. Its been over a year and a half and struggling and its making me depressed and anxiety is getting more worse! I am taking seven seas folic acid also b12 vitamins (blood report shown my b12 is severely low🤦🏻‍♀️). First time round i got pregnant quikly but this time its just taking so long ☹️ nurse told me i have few cysts on my ovaries too. Anyone out there has similar problem or any advice would be great, thankyou 💓

Hey! I am sorry fertility struggles are getting you down. You came to the right place though. Firstly, do you have regular cycles with your PCOS? Have they tested your insulin response? First step PCOS recovery is diet. Second step is reducing the toxic load in your life. Loads of amazing information here larabriden.com/4-types-of-p...

One thing that could be making things worst is the folic acid. It is recommended that you take folate as opposed to folic acid. So many of us have MTHFR gene variation which actually means taking folic acid is harmful to our health.

I have been on this road for four years now and with the changes I made to my lifestyle I am now pain free from endometriosis and got so many high quality embryos on my last ivf round. Still no pregnancy but I am healing so if you have anymore questions let me know.

Take care xxx

Hi there, thankyou so much for the reply. I am grateful for this fertility network uk i jus discovered. My cycles recently been ok, before it was messed up.. i still do have to track it though, because every month ill either start on the same date or miss few days or start early🤦🏻‍♀️ still abit better than not starting. And about testing insulin response i didnt know about this, which i will discuss with doctor. Diet also does help with pcos and am making changes with this, i will look at this link you have sent. I think i will go in and have a chat again with my doctor and discuss but thankyou so much for the information i will note all this down as it will help me, i pray that you have good news soon, take care 💐x

I started taking myo-inositol which helped my cycles regulate. Also I switched to the Mediterranean diet. Got a lot of info from the book It Starts With The Egg! Good luck x

Yes I agree have a look at the book ‘It Starts with an Egg’ and look at Kym Campbell’s PCOS diet plan 👍🏻 it may be that some changes to diet and life style are all you need x
