Secondary infertility ivf success stories plz anyone got any??
Me 🙋🏼♀️ We were suffering from secondary infertility. My husband had a very low sperm count. It did take 3 transfers but we finally welcomed our second little boy in September. The journey was tough but definitely worth it! Wishing you all the best xx
Awww do u think it worked because u already had a child together? And why did it take 3 transfers? Xx
Our first transfer failed to implant, our second ended with a MMC at 10 weeks and the third (our final embryo) which was a grade 3BC is now our little boy, Louie. I‘m not sure it made a difference that we already had a child together. The good thing about ICSI is you only need a handful of sperm as the embryologist physically injects sperm into the egg. I guess your first born was naturally conceived?x
Yea my first born was conceived naturally. I start ivf in 2 weeks did u do anything before u started exercises foods etc? Xx
Where did u have ur treatment?
To be honest, we didn’t think our final transfer would work so I didn’t change anything apart from no alcohol or caffeine. I continued to exercise all the way though, apart from the 2 weeks between transfer and our positive result. I certainly didn’t change my eating habits. I don’t believe it helps in any way unless your diet is awful xx
We’re not a success story yet but we have secondary infertility. It took us over 2 years to conceive our daughter who is now almost 6. We found out my partner has a very low sperm count. We are just starting on our second fresh cycle. We got 4 blastocysts from our first cycle and have been very unlucky so far. Good luck x
Like Hidden we're suffering secondary infertility, but no success so far, so I will definitely follow this post - I love a success story. Our 1st child, conceived naturally after 2 yrs of trying, just turned 4. We started trying for No 2 when she was 1. 3 miscarriages later, and a diagnosis of low AMH, adenomyosis and hubby sperm DNA fragmentation, we're about to start our second round of IVF using donor eggs (the first round failed with nothing to transfer as all failed to develop past day 3). Wishing you lots of success x
