Hello everyone

Could it have been implantation bleeding? Keep calm. Have they rang you back? xxx
Hey there... Looks a definite positive. I’ve heard bleeding can happen in IVF as the catheter can bruise as it goes in, but I’m sure the clinic will guide you xxx
I say that’s positive (yippeeee!!) but depending on how much bleeding there’s been would suggest maybe asking your clinic to do HCG bloods and/ or test again at home every 48hrs to make sure the line is getting darker.
I had some bleeding and what I was certain were period pains just before a bfp on OTD (too late for implantation bleeding I think), but as I hadn’t bled for long and it’d stopped on OTD my clinic said it was fine and a positive is a positive! On saying that I do wish I’d insisted my progesterone levels were checked (or had looked into having this done elsewhere) as have a feeling my levels might have been low.
Hope the clinic can reassure you xx
First of all: congratulations! It does happen to bleed at the beginning of the pregnancy. How many embryos did you transfer? If two, the bleeding could be due to one of the two embryos that tried to implant but it's not developing anymore.
In any case, please get in touch with the closest Early Pregnancy Unit: I don't want to scare you, but my first positive was an ectopic pregnancy that needed to be removed surgically...
Good luck!
It shouldn't be implantation bleedind as you are having a positive test. Implantatiomt bleeding is the exception not the rule. Take a look on your progesterone levels (even though the clinic says it is not necessary)!
Was the embryo euploid?
Good luck and congratulations!!!
