Vitamins to take?? 22 days til start meds

Hey lady's my period is on way so we start first ivf meds on xmas eve and taking a pre conceptive table each morning and multi vitamin too!

Any suggestions ladies for any other ones??

Hi. I was told by my midwife that any multivitamin is fine to take. Two is probably a bit overkill as they are both giving you the same thing.

You should be taking folic acid

I'm starting long protocol injections on the 23rd Dec

Hey Emma Yeh folic acid is in my pre conception!

Awww that's great we doing at the same time I'm soooo excited but very nervous just want 23rd to hurry up so can get started

I didn't take any time off apart from transfer day but it's up to you and what type of work you do.

No tips otherwise I'd have two kids running around!

I was told by my acupuncturist to have folate rather than folic acid if possible. Also vitamin D, especially this time of year.

Yes definitely take vit d and folic acid and continue both of them if u become pregnant. Wishing you all the best xx
