Anyone go on to have a successful twin pregnancy after double embryo transfer? What were your early symtoms? We are cautiously waiting for 7 week scan. Anxiety levels are very high, thinking everyday that it's all going to end. This is a torturous journey xx

Twins!!
I’m 16 weeks tomorrow with twins.
My early symptoms were just cramping. Then about 7 weeks the nausea started with some cold/flu symptoms. The nausea hasn’t gone for me yet.
I would recommend joining a pregnancy group like NCT for these kind of questions though and this is group is for ladies who are still trying to get their BFP
Sorry I thought this was a support group for people that are going through fertility treatment, the anxiety and all that is attached to that. I haven't even had a conformation scan yet. It's been a rollercoaster and I've found great solace from people on here. I'll move on now.
That’s ok. People are meant to put sensitive in the subject before they talk about anything to do with a successful transfer but people haven’t been lately. It’s then upto people if they go a head and read further. NCT are good, I had many early questions for that group x
Morning ... this is a fertility group for all of us going through fertility. I’m currently 9 weeks (today) pregnant but I don’t consider myself ‘out of the woods’ or a success story yet and I don’t think I will for a while so I don’t want to move into a pregnancy group just yet. I haven’t even met my midwife yet so currently all I can do is hope 🤞🏻 that my pregnancy is going the way it should. I only had one embryo transfer so had a very minimal risk of twins (identical) so I can’t relate to that anxiety but I do feel your worry about having the fear it is all going to end. I’m just so happy at the moment and it’s the thought of it being taken away. I hope all goes well with your 7 week scan!! I’ll have my fingers crossed for you for two healthy heartbeats 🤞🏻🤞🏻 please keep us posted xx
You are definitely in the right place to talk about this on this forum. It's about people sharing their lows and highs, you have every right to ask for support at this time, it's still very early days for you, like you say not had your 7 week scan yet, and anxiety will never leave. It's an incredibly tough journey.
I had a double embryo transfer on Thursday, and I'm wishing you all the very best for your 7 week scan. Lots of love xx
Hi SUN100
I can perfectly understand what you are going through. I am 10 weeks today with twins. I did a double embroy transfer. At week 5 my symptoms were very strong, serious nausea , complete lost of appetite, body weakness and tiredness, i thought the symptoms were too strong for one baby so round week 6, I did a blood test and my hcg level was very high as well, 103,712, and at week 7 my scan conducted I am having twins.
Till now the symptoms are still very strong, I wish it dies down as I complete the first trimester
Wish you all the best, and hope our journey and those of all the other ladies gets to a happy ending.
