Hi I just got a positive pregnancy test after having two embryos transferred. I am wondering if there is any way of knowing if both have successfully implanted or just one? What is the likelihood of both surviving? Thanks!

Twins?
Hi, I had 2 embryos transferred and only one implanted and I'm currently 22 weeks and 6 days pregnant
HCG is generally higher with twins. I had 2 implant a few years ago. I suspected twins through HCG level compared to that expected for twins. It was confirmed on the 7 week scan. Unfortunately I had a vanishing twin which happens more often than you might think. Congratulations xx
I had 2 embryos transferred and 1 implanted, currently 12 weeks xx
Hi thanks for replying and good luck with your journey 🥰
I transferred 2 PGS tested embryos and my HCG was 320 on 10 days past transfer so we suspected that both stuck. On our 7 weeks scan it was confirmed that we indeed have twins. They are 2 years old now 😁. Higher HCG can give you an indication that you have twins.
That's amazing! Did your clinic test your HCG? They just gave me a pregnancy test to do. Thanks!
I transferred two embryos too, and at 10dp5dt, my HCG was 730! They suspected twins, and at first there was just one seen. One week later, the second appeared! My twins are now 21 months!! Good luck to you and congratulations 🤍
I had a double transfer. My beta came back at 4800 15dp5dt so I was very convinced that both implanted. Scan revealed only one gestational sack and two yolks meaning that only one of the embryos implanted but split into two identical twins! I am currently 23 weeks with two mo-di twin boys! If we only did single transfer and things progressed they way they did, I would have had either negative test or twins anyway. Wild journey for me. Good luck to you xx
