I sat down today after my 2nd failed cycle to write questions ready for my review and all the areas that may need to be checked... NK cells? ERA check? PGS? I have 2 precious embryos left and want to give them the best chance but there is so many areas that could be the reason, how can we possibly check them all? I’ve never had any checks for endometriosis or blocked tubes despite trying for over a year... would I know if I had that? They just referred me to ivf due to my age. My anxiety is through the roof thinking I need to do all the tests going. Do I just put it to fate?

Anyone else overwhelmed with all the possible tests to ensure that longed for BFP
Hi, I think IVF bypasses the blocked tube issue. Nonetheless I still checked them out just in case and got the all clear. I got the test that requires saline rather than the strong dye. You mention age, has your consultant recommended PGS? My consultant left that decision for me to decide and provided literature to review from the clinic. I am looking into NK and ERA now.
Thanks for your reply. No the clinic haven’t recommended PGS or any of the others to be honest. I’m certainly going to ask at my next appt. lining has always been my issue but I did get to where I needed to be for this recent failed FET x
Hi, 1 out of 6 blastocysts came back viable/normal after pgs testing. In total 6 were tested. For my age group 80% will not be genetically viable. x
I am grateful for the One Embryo PGS tested. I’m going to do a third round in Jan and will rest up now. Just bought some more Ubiquinol so will resume that during Nov/Dec and will just try to relax over the hols ☀️
I’m 41 but I was 39 at egg collection so I would be in same statistic. I think maybe they didn’t offer it with only having 3 blasts.
You had great response in your cycle xxx I’m also taking Ubiquinol x
