To tinzaparin or not to tinzaparin?

Currently in the stressful midst of cycle number 3. (Anyone else feel utterly jaded and cynical by this point?!)

Quick background: the way we're doing it is my wife's eggs (ICSI this time), my womb, ta da.

She's hyperstimulated and feels absolutely awful but we're due for egg collection on Wednesday. They've put her on cabergoline for the last few days but today they said they want her to start tinzaparin on Friday.

Our issue is, she was hyper stimulated last time (at a different clinic) but didn't have any of these extra meds. This is our 3rd round THIS YEAR and it's costing us £8150 each time because we're a same sex couple and no funding. The 10 tablets of cabergoline cost £76.61 on friday and now the tinzaparin is looking at over £150. She's keen not to bother taking it but obviously I'm concerned about her health. But equally, I'm also worried about our finances after we've spent so much money on treatment this year.

Any advice/experience??
