When I logged onto the Virtus health app this evening I was drawn to the quote. I think it’s so important maybe even more so to us wonderful people going through this crazy IVF journey. It’s so easy to switch to self doubt and criticism but we need to remember to be kind to ourselves during this emotional and unpredictable journey!
