Does anyone do intralipids the day of transfer?

Fingerscrossed38 profile image

I had intralipids yesterday (7 days prior to FET). I'm wondering if I should also do intralipids a few hours after transfer too? I have elevated nk cells so figure it can't hurt?

I did it a few days beforehand - go with what your doctor recommends xx

I usually do intralipids on day of transfer, before I go in for transfer. My clinic wanted me to have it around 2 weeks before transfer and on transfer day again but I couldnt find anywhere that would do it for me so sticking to original plan.xx

Ok cool. My clinic agreed to me doing it yesterday (7 days prior) even though they prefer to do it 4 days prior and then after a positive pregnancy is confirmed. I'm hoping to do another one day of transfer but through another Dr xx

Ahhh I see, I would have thought that the fortnightly was enough. Are your clinic not happy to do this as you are thinking of going elsewhere?xx

I haven't pushed my clinic because they have their protocol and already agreed you doing it slightly earlier yesterday. They both know I'm getting advice from each other

That's good then. So long as they dont have any major objections for any reason.xx

No you need to do it 14 days before. Progesterone makes them activated and you can’t suppress them once activated.

Ended up doing them 6 days prior to fet and now 10 weeks (no idea if it'll continue to stick though!) So something worked
