Did my test yesterday and was negative so all medication has been stopped and will hear from clinic on Wednesday or Thursday next week to see what happens next.
Today I've been experiencing sharp pains in my abdomen area and also experienced lightheadedness and was just wondering whether this is normal?

When you say sharp pains? Are they around your ovaries? Did you have a fresh cycle of ivf? I had a fet and experienced all sorts of pains and twinges pretty early on but a fresh cycle can cause pains due to the egg collection. I simply asked myself if my pains were severe and my answer was always “no” so I had to assume all was well. It was.
If you have any real concerns then contact your clinic/gp xx
They used frozen embryo for my transfer, I've had odd cramps and twinges since they did transfer but last night they seemed worse than normal and also with lightheadedness when I'm walking around which I've not had before during the process
How bad are the pains? Maybe it’s everything you’ve been through now contracting and relaxing. Are you feeling ok in yourself or any sensitivity to light or headaches ? Call your fertility surgery see if they can help. Hope you’re ok. Xx
I had exactly the same after a negative fresh cycle.. really bad stomach pains, scared me.. I called the clinic and they said it can often be the case.. after all we have put our bodies through. Mine lasted 3 or 4 days and then settled down. The doctor I spoke to said I think even we don’t realise sometimes or appreciate what we are doing to our bodies and I remember thinking so true! Hope it settles down soon, I’m sure it will xxx
