Ive tried to ignore it all day but i can’t seem to shake it off.
Feels more like my ovary is contracting rather than abdominal cramping.
Don’t know what to do for the best... 👀 there’s currently No spotting or bleeding thank goodness so I don’t want to bother my GP, CLINIC or EPU after last week.
This is just torturous 😭😩

I had this from week 5 to week 8, accompanied by random bleeding. It’s so worrying but it’s not always a bad thing. Try to rest as much as possible and distract yourself x
If the pain is not worse than that it lets you sleep, then it's probably nothing to worry about 😘
But: If the pain keeps you awake during the night (and especially it it's increasing) you should go to see a doctor to hopefully exclude an ectopic pregnancy. As long as the worst case scenario could be dangerous for you, I would make my threshold low to check it out, if I was you. No reason to take risks.
Hoping everything is OK, and that the pain will ease soon 😘😘😘
It’s probably just your uterus stretching which is normal. If you think it’s more pain that it should be u can ring you epu they might not see you until 6w tho
Also I think the hormones affect your digestion a lot and constipation can happen early on I found as things slow down and that can cause discomfort. Definitely keep an eye on it though so to speak.
It’s probably just stretching. I was having some pains today and started to freak out because I’m in Tenerife but they went away after a couple of hours. When I had my daughter I had lots of pains and aches in the first few months but it was perfectly normal. Xxx
After having a very early night the pain I was worrying about has gone. Thnx for your advice and encouragement.
It’s so hard not to worry when you’ve had a previous loss, I think I was worrying more so as it was around the same time my problems began with the last pregnancy.
I agree with you: I had an ectopic and I felt pain in the nerve along my leg, whilst the most common sign is pain in the shoulder. The pain wasn't even continuous, it came and went for days.
So if the pain comes back, please get in touch with the EPU for an early scan!
Oh really.... 🤭 because although I’m not feeling the sharp pain in my ovary area I’m now experiencing a cramp type ache in my leg/hip joint.... not unbearable but it’s definitely there.
I’ll see how I get on over the weekend a call the doctor/EPU first thing on Monday.
Did you bleed with your ectopic? And do you think it’s possible to have one embryo in the womb and one outside? I had a double transfer and only one was gestational sac was seen @4+3... I was told it was to early to confirm whether one or two implanted.
Awww no, I really hope this is nothing! Lots of ladies have said they have stretching pains etc. I know that cant be much comfort after your previous loss. I guess the good thing is there is no bleeding but if it doesnt settle down there is no harm in giving EPU a ring.xx
